This policy explains what personal information Venus Enterprises ("we", "us") collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We are a proprietorship based in Sukhpuria, Sanganer, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302022, India.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us when you enquire or order: name, phone number, email address, company name.
• The content of messages you send us by phone, email or WhatsApp, and details of the products or quotes you ask about.
• Basic billing details needed to issue a GST invoice.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver orders and issue invoices.
• To keep records we are required to keep for tax and accounts.
• To send you WhatsApp messages, but only if you have agreed to receive them (see below).

WhatsApp messages

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta, to talk to customers. We message you first only if you have given us your consent. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving promotional messages, and START to receive them again. Messages you send us on WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp and by us, and are subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers we need to run the business (for example messaging, hosting, accounting and delivery partners), and where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep customer records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and legal requirements, and then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices

• Ask what information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Withdraw your consent to messages at any time.
